I'd argue Maryland and Mich state are capable of going really far in the tourney.

Maryland is very good and MSU has a high ceiling.

You could make the argument, that year in and year, top to bottom, that the B1G has been the best basketball conference in college basketball for the last 10-12 years. Ohio St, Michigan St, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland and Wisconsin have ALL played in the national championship game. However, while being the best conference, the B1G just never has the best team. It’s truly a bizzare thing really. I fear that trend will continue this year. While an incredibly talented, competitive and deep conference, there isn’t a championship caliber team.
