This is my main concern. If Mike Brown really doesn't care about winning, which he's not, then it's a possibility. He seems to care more about saving face and his pride than anything else. He stubbornly held onto Marvin Lewis way past his due date, in part because everyone else kept telling him to fire him.

Hell, look at last year's trade deadline. He was downright petty in denying a clearly disgruntled AJ Green the chance to go elsewhere.

Wouldn't surprise me at all.
