How does this imply anything? I’m legitimately confused. It says he wore no undershirt until the 8th inning then took it off again for the bottom of the 9th

The thread title is making assumptions from the photos and quoted tweet. There’s nothing that says he took it off twice in what was posted.
In fact, if you read the tweets, it sounds like he wore the undershirt for the entire 8th inning

No, yea I mean what I said. It seems weird to take an undershirt off midway through the ninth inning. Especially if you just put it on at the top of the 8th. The sweaty argument doesn’t really make sense. Someone could argue that he didn’t like batting with an undershirt on it he was superstitious or some baseball bs I guess.
Also, I’m not sure if the original tweet is saying he didn’t have it on in the bottom of the 8th or 9th or just that they weren’t sure when he put it on. I.e, it wasn’t on in the 7th, and then it was on in the 9th
