That all makes sense. I typically train at 5 AM, so I was trying to think of a way to get my sled on at that time without being too loud. At a normal time of the day I'll just use the driveway, but with a 2 year old I gotta get it in when I can, which is usually predawn. I've seen some people use short indoor/outdoor carpet, which is cheap to try so I might try that just to see it works or not.

I just bought the Rogue Sled and am going to put 2x4 wood on the bottom. I too like to workout early (~630am) and I want to respect my neighbors quiet time.
If I don't reply back after a few weeks, keep me honest and hit me up and I will post my review of my wood sled skids
