Best prison reform would include eliminating all the unjust laws that puts nonviolent, non-criminals in jail in the first place, including all laws:
-that remove your rights and sell them back as a “license”
-prohibition of unhealthy substances including large sodas and drugs
-that criminalize any act that doesn’t victimize someone else

Look for something racial to come up this summer as the dems try to motivate their base to vote.
