Waldron= McVay= Jay/Jon Gruden
So, they started at the same place, as many do, but added and adapted and chose to focus on different parts of the massive WCO.

Payton is under the Jim Fassel tree instead of Gruden. But they all derived from Bill Walsh. So it’s all the same thing
