It's official. He is.
Before SEC play: 28/50 for 56%
Since SEC play (includes UT): 28/36 for 77.7%
Remarkable turnaround!

He's definitely changed his form/routine to be more consistent. I think he takes that step back so that he can step into his free throw like a jumpshot.

Our FTs have improved significantly under Will Wade. 15th in the country this year in FT%. Our BEST FT% under Johnny Jones was 198th, including 305th during Ben Simmons year

Oh man watching those Johnny Jones teams was so frustrating.

He's getting better in pretty much every aspect since SEC play began.
Before SEC play : 13.7 PPG / 6.6 RPG / 1.5 APG / 0.6 SPG / 0.7 BPG / 3.0 TO
Since SEC play : 14.6 PPG / 8.8 RPG / 2.5 APG / 1.2 SPG / 0.7 BPG / 2.6 TO

Wade makes him shoot free throws after practice
He has to make so many in order to leave

50 free throws after practice and he doesn’t leave until he hits 10 in a row, per CWW.

I think nobody can leave until he reaches his goal. That puts extra pressure on him.

Lord what a terrible game that was

Oh man. I remember how J Mickey choked like 4 free throws in a row and then balled his eyes out in the post game interview. Rough game. Pretty sure Charles Barkley said at halftime that he thought we were a dangerous team.

Watford's overall performance is the most improved since early in the season. As a fan, that is what i love to see as the season progresses. Selfishly, we do not need Watford to be so good that he leaves after one season.

Damn, he's Joe Burrow.

Dude is a stud and he is getting comfortable. I was impressed with his 15 rebounds.

We are a good free throw shooting team.
Credit WW for stressing the importance of making foul shots.
All those close games that we won? Free throws.

I've noticed that too. I'm obviously not a college basketball player, but I always took a step up with my front foot so that i could create a little rhythm with my FTs to not feel so robotic and it worked very well for me.

The attention to detail that Wade has is amazing. The more that I listen to him, the more that I'm impressed.
