You're in for a treat, I absolutely loved the OG Bioshock. I ruined it because I focused on xbox achievements at the time, wish I would have taken my time and taken everything in at a slower pace.

I own the collection but I’m too much of a bitch to play them. I encountered like 6 jump scares in the first hour and couldn’t go back.

I like scary movies, but can’t deal with games that do that shite

I only recall one really jumpy jump scare from the first BioShock and it was that dentist or something. Nothing else was ever that bad...

There might be only 2 in the whole game, if that, and it is objective.

Lol well the first encounter is pitch black and an enemy running and jumping at you. Then you also stumble across the doctor operating and see the shadow of the operation on the wall very early on.

Definitely meant to frighten the player early on. I’m a bitch, I get it lol, but I’m being serious when I say it turned me off the game because I don’t enjoy those things in games.

Really excited for all of those. Was about to purchase firewall. Glad I waited.

I only played Bioshock Infinite and thought it was pretty average.

I have heard the first one is great....is #2 worth playing as well?

2 is isnt bad. Kind a re-hash of 1 but if you like the Shock like formula its enjoyable. One is my favorite. I actually agree with you that Infinite, while I still consider it a good game I wasnt blown away by it. The ending was pretty damn cool though.
