What a great admonishment! However, just exactly what he didn't say is even more important.
He didn't continue with, "What you SHOULD have charged him with is this: _______________."
I wonder what, if anything, AD thinks Trump could be charged with that IS impeachable? Looks like what Dems did was prematurely reject Dershowitz because of his stances in support of not impeaching when they should have consulted with him on a Constitutional way forward.

Whether there is a charge is a riddle for the ages.

I loved Dershowitz, but I thought he was going to say that there would be a test at the end of the presentation. I can't believe any Repub would call for further witnesses after he proved the whole affair is unconstitutional.

He really did. He didn't even dispute it. He just proved that if it turns out to be true, it still isn't an impeachable offense. I think Dersh might have just ended this whole witness thing. Assuming the key people were listening.
