90% anyway. Even cynical DC doles out a small amount of pure altruism.

The issue is not QPQ. The issue is whether the “quo” works to further the national interests of the United States or rather the personal, political interests of the occupant of the Oval Office.

But that distinction does not lend itself to a bumper sticker or a Tweet.

Could you apply that analysis to the DACA program?

- admitted it was not constitutional

- admitted he had no power to do it

- it obviously had no "benefit to the USA' = it was only because it "sounded good.'

- There was zero benefit to anyone but Obama = personally, and the other political animals in the Den party who benefit from both the crisis itself, and the payoff for additional votes in elections.
