I would also compare whether the $80 is the introductory rate, if so what will future rates be?
Are you allowed to use your own modem? It is more convenient to use their modem because they would be in charge of updates, and replacing if it craps out. But you have to pay a monthly fee. I always preferred to use my own because I can get a better quality modem; and most auto-update anyway. You may need to reset the system from time-to-time; but that was how it was when I had AT&T 6-7 years ago.

it goes from 80 to 110 after 1 year, which is still pretty solid. You have to use their Arris box thing but you can turn the wifi off on it and use your own routers.
