Got there around 6:30am and was well back in line.

Yes, it's great. But who wants to wait 4-5 hours in the cold/heat just to eat?

I thought the brisket at Corkscrew in Spring was pretty much on par but without the brutal wait.

I got there at 6 dropped my chair in line and went and started drinking beer near the pits and talking with Kerry and Mrs. Tootsie as well as everyobe else that www there. This put me at number 10 in line but the 9 in front of me were all in one group. They start serving at 8 and at that time there was about 40 people in line. Totally worth it if you are a foodie and if you like to talk with people it’s like tailgating before a football game.
