Definitely your policies are not working out, resign and ask Trump and ICE about how to deal with immigration
quote:

when you legalize all crime that does not make the city safe. crime is not at its lowest you just stopped arresting people. you are a fricking idiot.
quote:

Tell that to the poor family of Maria Fuentes. I haven’t seen you tweet too much about her...???? LINK
quote:

More blood ?? on your hands. Worst mayor ever
quote:

You sir have managed to cause race relations in the city to go to an all time low, crime and the rights of criminals which encompass your voting base more rights and liberties than those who contribute to society. There is nothing you could say or do to make me respect you
quote:

When are YOU going to keep the city safe, you giant shitclot? Here's another brutal animal you're allowing to roam the streets. Don't forget to let him out without bail and give him his Mets tickets.

quote:

Same my guy, reading this from Canada, I just always wonder where the far left got their ideas. You don’t have to be smart to know that immigrants need to be documented, gotta know who’s who. Or like free speech is only okay if you agree with my opinion.
quote:

It’s going to be a great day in the history of NYC when you and your family move far far away. Tammany Hall was less corrupt than you... unreal...
quote:

Murders up. Robberies up. Assaults up.
NYPD doing what they can, while you do everything to protect the criminals. When will you care about victims? When?
quote:

Or they did it by doing away with any and all laws. Of course crime is low if there’s no rules to follow ????

I can’t wait until you stop working your 7 hours a week

Bigbird cares more about groundhogs than US citizens
quote:

Speaking of "morally bankrupt organizations", how's #ThriveNYC doing? Are you getting much traffic through those $850M bookshelves?

NYC is united in our disdain for you.

Brooklyn is ready to beat back your racist wife's attempt for the BP spot.

GOP and Dems alike, we hate you.
quote:

You did it by changing what arrestable offenses are, telling cops to stand down and manipulating stats. I commute every day and over last 2 years the amount of drugged out zombies, angry beggars almost assaulting people and open drug deals outside penn in broad daylight is scary

NYC is definitely more dangerous today than it was just a few years ago.

It’s really amazing that we went from the depictions if NYC in the 70s and early 80s as a seedy dirty place to the bright shining family friendly place it became in the 90s and 00s, back to this.

As much as people want to hate on Diblasio (for good reason), it is worth noting crime is lower here than most cities across the country, especially Louisiana (though with BR and NO that isnt saying much).

Are you using stats to support your claim?

If it counts as a crime in Louisiana, but not NYC, then it stands to reason that there would be more "crime" in Louisiana. To state otherwise is to be willfully ignorant, or blatantly disingenuous imho.

ETA:

Nola and BR are what the stats say that they are...
crime infested cities.

Those people who stated that there is not less crime, just fewer arrests are spot on. De Blasio is a fricking liar.

How much of that is because he quit going after it and allows shite like this to happen?

1)I was going by per capita crime stats. If you like I can post them.

2)I didnt say what your quote says I did.

That may be some of it, a larger part is because crime was low when he took over.

I mean it is easily to manipulate the stats if you quit prosecuting it and making certain aspects a misdemeanor.
