I park my 48" Gravely HD in a 50" spot. Mulch kit removed grass deflector and slow and steady keeps one from banging into walls.

yes you can shoe horn things in tight spots, doesnt mean you arent going to eventually tear shite up on the mower or the shed at some point when you do that
