Look, I read the article. If the things they are claiming are in fact true, then yes, these guys deserve every bit of justice coming their way.

The problem I am having is the fact that all of their claims require you to take them at their word. If they can prove any of this shite happened, then that's a different conversation.

I stand by my assessment: sounds like buyers remorse.

I checked it out last night. There are a ton of hot women on there. Porn has come a long way.

Except that's not the case. As an example--These guys paid "reference girls" to legitimize the lies they were spinning about distribution. The texts are out there and corroborate the claims in the court docs.

Again, they went out of their way to deceive among other underhanded tactics and that's why they find themselves in the situation they are in. No one is going after them because some girls are ashamed they did porn.

Yeah, the Federal Government tends to have a pretty shitty track record at proving criminal cases. Good point.

They weren't awarded with $13 mil. because of buyers remorse. If it was that easy to sue porn merchants for simply doing business as usual, it would happen all the time.

Also, people tend not to flee the country when they're innocent.

Oh sure, the feds are going to risk their massively sky high and damn near perfect conviction rate being dented on a case that may have some whores being a little loose with the facts.

Do you even listen to yourself?

The feds don't bring charges against you unless they know 100% beyond a reasonable doubt they have your arse nailed to the wall.

If the feds bring charges against you, you might as well go ahead and get fitted for an orange jumpsuit.

What do you think defines 'proof'? A judge seems to believe they proved it.
