Push pull workout for beginner

And any good tracking apps or any good push pull workout apps
Also does a glutamine supplement help Alleviate soreness?
45 yr 5’10 175 a little doughy lol some gym experience a few years back

I would recommend a good linear progression program like the greyskull lp over true push pull due to frequency.
Glutamine does receive soreness in high dose on some individuals but in general, no and a waste of money generally speaking. Personally it helps me but most see nothing.

You’d be better off taking creatine for soreness/recovery. 10 grams per day is enough. It’s also cheap. You can buy it in bulk.

Yes it does but in long run it will give you 'joint pain'

I agree with the general sentiments above about linear programs.
On soreness, if you start any new program, soreness is likely for a bit. The major aspects of recovery are:
1. Sleep
2. Diet
3. Hydration
If you check those boxes, it will do 10x what any supplement does.

Lifting regularly alleviates soreness.
