It seems to me, Alabama had NC experience in the game last year, and look what happened....

Do they not even see that?

I guess LSU should just stay in BR...

And why is this even a thing?

They’re saying the exact same thing our fans would be saying if we were in their spot.

The SEC title game is not much different than the playoffs
The Bama game in Tuscaloosa was a playoff game

They need to convince themselves they have an edge somewhere.

this, our whole season has had playoff scenarios and we've passed every test, by a huge margin, unless we absolutely don't show up and we shite the bed, Clemson is fricked, and I can't wait to watch it and see what idiocy spews forth out of Sweeny's sewer pipe afterward

Yep, both were essentially playoff type games. Winner of those games are in or pretty close to being in and the loser is probably a longshot or have to back their way in.

Yeah such a huge advantage cuz burrow is a choke artist. Dudes awful with pressure.

I'm gonna say now that's sarcasm cuz I know someone won't get that.

Because to the acc, this is the only time they get to play in this type of environment. LSU has been In this environment 5 times just this year.

The title game is THE game, not matter how big the other ones are. I do not think it is an "advantage" outside of knowing they will not be rattled. They have proven to be calm in the big one, LSU should be fine as well though.

Because they are reaching for anything to help them feel better. About the only thing that will make them feel better after Monday will be Preparation H.

Why do people say this in response to opposing fans thinking their team will win?

Clemson plays teams like Wofford to raucous crowds of up to 30,000 fans. The play-offs are their only chance to be televised and play to bigger crowds. They are a college team that plays high schools all season, then they step up to college for two games. Sad arse bunch with a sad little man as head coach. Dabo will bolt you Bama as soon as Saban leaves.

That's the truth. And they have plenty of returning players to boot

We have an edge at the majority of positions on the field imo. The fact that almost all of our skill players played in this game last year only helps.

Because that's the best thing they have to hang their hats on. We would do the same if we were in their situation.

Just stop.

Burrow > Lawrence by EVERY objective measure

Etienne > CEH

Chase > Higgins

Jefferson = Ross

Marshall + McMath > anyone else on Clemson roster

Moss > Clemson TE

You guys already played this LSU team? Wow, I must have missed that.

They need to cling to any type of hope they can.

LSU went to Tuscaloosa and played a national championship type game.

LSU went to Atlanta twice and played national championship type games.
