Has anyone sold a boat to The Boat Yard on the west bank? How did their offer compare with what you thought it should be? Quick process? Looking for any insight you guys can provide. Thanks!

I had them sell mine on consignment. Easy to deal with. Make sure you decide what you want for yours and stick with it. They will try and get you to take less so they can make more. Typical sales experience.

I'm definitely debating on bringing my boat there soon. I just don't have the time to use my boat.

Exactly what popths said. I brought my 17' 14 year old Alumacraft and all the paperwork there a few years ago. Put it on cosignment and told them I wanted 3k. They called within 2 days with a 2.5k offer. Told them "no, I'm set on 3k". Within a week, it was sold and they sent my 3k check. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

When I sold mine they had a bad arse Lambo in there for sale and we're shipping out a yellow one. I told them what I wanted which was the same I bought it for 2 years earlier and they didn't say anything. I guess they sold it for more in a week or two and cut my check.
