i'm cooking a lamb roast on the Big Green Egg. I put a dry rub on it last night and it's sitting in the fridge. i'll take it out earlier, let it come to room temperature, and slow cook it over wood charcoal.

Smoked a turkey on the green egg Christmas Day.

Taking leftover meat and adding fresh gulf shrimp and andouille and there shall be gumbo.

Red beans and rice with the hambone and leftover ham from Christmas. Also making super cornbread (think cornbread with sausage, bacon, and cheese). We've done something different for every game, so we are not repeating anything we've had before.

I’ve worn the same hat to every game. Bought a new one recently. A really nice hat, but I haven’t worn it yet. Can’t mess with the mojo.

It’s good very sweet. Not really a winter time drink though. Unless you mix it with like apple cider. The vanilla/caramel goes good with egg nog and hot chocolate. Or straight.

Should be making gumbo but I'm saving that for New Years (black-eyed peas on the side).

So instead, Chic-fil-A catering!...
