Empire not being unanimous for the top spot and AotC not being unanimous for the bottom completely invalidate this poll.

Not at all. Empire is my favorite film of all time, but I realize that some fans may not think Star Wars is better or maybe even Jedi or Rogue One. I wouldn't agree with them, but I can definitely understand them voting for one of those as their favorite.
AotC has been my bottom feeder for a long time, but then came TLJ. I feel as if that's the worst for many reasons.

Empire of course is at the top, but TLJ is solidly in last place. AoTC was horrible, but at least it had a plot that somewhat made sense and no Mary Sue Palpatine or Leia Poppins.

ESB might be the more technically sound and better acted movie, but it can't top the original... for me. That's because I saw the original in 77 in the theater, and nothing yet has topped the utter rapture I experienced that day.
I put TLJ last. I actually put AOTC somewhere in the middle tier, as I really enjoyed the Clone army assault on Geonosis, I thought the Kamino and Clone storyline was a good addition to the universe, and I liked some of the visuals at the end (watching the ships assembled on Coruscant, etc).
I put Solo pretty low, because although it was ok, it wasn't SW.
