Asked the lady who owns Coffee Rani last time I was in there and she said it is going to be some kind of multi vendor retail space. Not sure what that means. Was told there is a Chick Fil A going in as well. I just hope to hell they arrange it so the Beau Chene soccer moms aren’t lined up out on the highway.

Coffee Rani
They actually opened up a BR location for a couple of years in the late 90s/early 00s. Never understood why it didn't last over here.
