If you're using Chrome and it's a pic on the internet just right click and choose "copy image address" then paste into the "img" link on TD.
If not, load the pic into imgur first. Then copy that link into "img" button.

Create a imagur account, upload the photos to your account and copy the image address you want to post and paste it in the markup under "img"
