Spitballing here but maybe somewhere around the Highway 74 exit on I-10, through dutchtown to st. gabriel, then crossing the river and connecting to hwy 1 around bayou goula between Plaquemine and White Castle?

If it is not located in EBR there is no point... I'll say just south of Farr Park

Why do you say that? Wouldn't you want all non BR traffic to completely avoid going through the city?
I'm assuming it would continue through to connect to I-10

I don't care. It can run straight through my house, I just wish they would build it.

How about we put it in Wyoming? Less chance for JBE to siphon off any of the projected cost overruns.

Obvious answer is connect it to the loop!

Serious question - why has Manchac Point, the land east of Dow Chemical plant, never been developed? Is it just too damn swampy?
Posted on 12/13/19 at 1:18 pm to Ed Osteen
In terms of being about to acquire the land 3 or 5 is the most likely.
