Has anyone used the Scentlok OZ Radial EZ? I am considering it for two purposes:

1. remove scent from hunting clothes
2. Use while in stand

I try to take all precautionary scent prevention measures. Washing clothes in scent free detergent, showering with scent free soap, storing clothes in scent free container, etc... I was curious if anyone has used this and how it worked out in the field or with removing scent from your clothes.

Don’t waste your $.

What you’re already doing is about as “scent free” you’ll ever get. I don’t care what any company advertises there’s no way to completely eliminate human scent.

It’s all about the wind. Take my advice and save your $.

I use ozonics. I would imagine they are basically the same. Ozonics work, I don’t care what anybody says that has never used these types of products.

Now having said that, they don’t work with variable winds because the sent isn’t blowing in a straight line. You would constantly have to change the direction the machine blows. They also don’t seem to work on real windy days (20+mph).

Keep in mind I use Ozonics. I think BeHop got one and is using it like you mentioned. He might be able to help more that system

Edit: I still hunt the wind. I use them just in case deer come from downwind or go downwind.

I bought the little one. It works. I’ve used it twice hunting and had deer downwind that didn’t wind me.

It also works very well in knocking out odors in small areas. It even knocked out the gasoline smell in my garage for a while after running it for a couple of hours in there.

There was a thread on here not long ago about it.

This whole "ozone" crap might be the biggest scam ever sold to the hunting public

I have been on the fence as to if I would try it. I quit using scent elimination spray after reading an article where a dog looked for people wearing different brands hidden under a box.
A quick google found this article, hopefully it’s not biased. But if not maybe it can confuse a deer long enough to be worthwhile.
