Well.... I’m very high in anxiety right now and that’s definitely making things worse right now. But I’ve always had issues. I also thrash around in my sleep and wake up searching for things. I also feel a lot of pressure on my head. I also occasionally have weird horrific draining nightmares that leave me feeling a pending sense of horror m.

I wake up feeling awful most days

I am supposed to go to doctor. But I can’t get in until January to even start things off

Anxiety wise, meditating has helped me. I should do it more than I do.

I did a minute of breathing, a minute of checking my body, a mknute of contracting and relaxing muscles, a minute of focusing on the positive thoughts I wanted and a minute of relaxing and moving back jnto things.

Good luck, man.

Hove you downloaded the pillow app? I also very active in my sleep and have been told that I’m very vocal, though intelligible. The app listens as I sleep and start recording 30 second clips when I ‘talk’. I wake several times at night wide awake and disturbed, most often the first few hours of sleep. I’m obviously very disturbed by what’s going on in my head and have sometimes amusing, sometimes disturbing recordings. I also clench my hands so hard in my sleep that most days my hands are sore. It definitely affects my life amd I don’t know what to do about it.

My weight is not an issue at all, I’m a very slim guy. Even lost about 10 lbs recently by walking most nights to get away from staring at electronic screens all day and night since o work in IT. I’m at a loss for what to do.
