Stackhouse, as someone else mentioned, would also be a good choice.
On paper I'd love one of the young smart coaches, a Brad Stevens, Quinn Snyder type, but I think Stack would get these guys to fight. Give me Stackhouse and load him up with as many boy genius X/O assistants as he'll take. Monty's problem was when his boy genius left he replaced him with a washed up yes man from his past.

Also for whatever its worth, Stackhouse is a lifelong mentor of Ingram. Probably goes a long way in making sure Ingram hits his peak.

Will Weaver. Langdon loves him.
Langdon and Weaver won G-League Exec and Coach of the year last year. Weaver took the Sydney Kings HC job in Austrailia this year, who Didi is playing for now. Thats definitely not a coincidence. And fwiw, the Kings are the best team in that league.
I'm not sure he'd leave Australia after just one year but that HAS to be a name at the top of the list, if we're just speculating right now.
This is interesting a perhaps the most insightful and perceptive suggestion.
Griffin and Langdon both seem to have a knack for scouting and landing on unorthodox hires you don't see obviously coming. David Blatt anyone? Of course, the Blatt hiring was one of those moves I think you can rightfully critique Griffin over.
Not sure Weaver is ready, but I could see it.

Mike Krzyzewski
He has a connection with half the team.

Unless it’s some drastic turn around I see no way Alvin is the coach

Shaka Smart and Avery Johnson were mentioned in this thread. We don’t deserve a winning team
