Before you mention pushing Koy out just think about the reason Justin Shorter wants to leave Penn St. He can't get on the field because his numbers are not good, 2 years 15 rec 157 yards, c'mon man

And usually if a guy is the #1 WR out of HS it's because they're an athletic freak. If those guys can't get on the field it's because they can't do the things Moore does well.

You crazy, Koy probably has the best route running skills and hands out of anyone in this class. Obviously Jarrett and Burton are studs and ranked higher but you’ll see what I mean. Koy isn’t flashy by any means but he’s the wideout that’s going to get open on a 3&6 take the big hit and still catch the ball every time.

This year is theblast tear we cant. So I would assume after January he could transfer.
Hes justvhave to pay his own way before that
