I mean, you know the head of the committee is Oregon’s AD right?

I doubt he was clamoring for them to get knocked out of the CFP

Who cares? Get the 4 best teams. When it's all played, Alabama will have played as many quality opponents as Oklahoma and Baylor and more than Utah.

We'll beat them even worse the next time.

They lost to the 5th best team in the SEC....

And people seriously think they deserve to be in the playoffs?

But only after they get rewarded for losing with a a week off (in other sports known as a BYE week) while the teams with better records have to play an extra game with the possibility of injury.

That’s not what I said. What I’m saying is I think it’s ridiculous to believe the CFP committee WANTED them to lose considering the head of the committee is Oregon’s AD

it hurt Utah more than anyone else looking to get in the playoffs because it makes the Pac-12 championship game a bit less attractive.

Which is a damn joke. Why should an injury have any determination on seeding?

GET RID OF THE GD EYE TEST

Now that i got that off my chest Bama should not have another chance.

That’s more like Sankey and the REC’s reaction.

The committee doesn’t care about Bama without Tua.

The team should won their conference. You cannot lose your conference and then call yourself the better team.

If that’s the case, then why are they still ranked ahead of almost every other 1-loss team?

College basketball does it too. It is the right way to do it imo.
