Thanks for that idiotic war Bush. Hate this for the veteran.

30 round magazines are considered “high capacity” in NY. They’re illegal to own. He’s never committed a crime of any kind or used these magazines to harm anyone, but someone reported him for having them. Technically, the police don’t know if he actually does have them, but they used the red flag law and this report as grounds for assaulting his property to find out.

Other vets up there need to band together and show up

This is going drastically different than the Aaron Carter thread... the question is why?

I hear what you’re saying, but that’s not really the point of this. He’s about to die at the hands of the police state because he refused to comply with their unconstitutional demands.

Seems like a cool dude. America, land of the “free” and home of douchebag cops following laws written by spinless politicians at the whims of pussy, emotional citizens

So they want to enter his house based on someone's word?
I hope he takes a few cops out if they force their way in.

Even if we forget the Constitution, some report that some guy has some magazine that's too big is not valid reason for any of this. It's a baby step removed from abusing the terms of a hunting license. Should be a nasty letter at worst.

Police will bring in APC, demolish the citizens home and burn it to the ground.

Damn, I remember selling all of my 30 round mags to a Gunny I used to know.

Yeah, I'm gonna need some proof from this dude cause his videos seem pretty calm for being a standoff. This could be fake as frick.

Wouldn’t they need a warrant? Do they have a warrant?
Posted on 11/23/19 at 9:46 pm to Anonymous95
I don’t know if they do or not.

No way these red flag laws allow them to enter your home and arrest you without a warrant. Do they?
Also - If he’s being accused of owning something that’s illegal, why would they need a “red flag law” to do what they’re doing? Thought that was to take your legally owned firearms if someone considers you a threat.

This sounds like a LARP... Dude has 60k followers and his Instagram is all about 2nd amendment rights, etc.
I agree with him ideologically, but this whole situation screams LARPing for attention.

He’s a combat veteran that served in Afghanistan. You expect him to be shitting his pants because some police are threatening him?
