Arrested for "owning a shotgun". Previously had a summons for riding a bike with 8 German Shepards running along. And people still act like this is a free country.

If you read the comments, apparently the shotgun did not meet barrel length minimum (18 inches, I believe) which makes it illegal and he also had a silencer without a permit. That's a huge federal no-no.
