I don't like the way they handle their bourbon raffle. They don't take care of people that shop there all year. People flock in that don't patron their store all year and walk out with top bottles. I'm against that.

Gotcha. My boss won one of the top bottles last year. I've never been to the raffle. I go in the Siegen store quite often though.

You don’t have to like the way we do the raffle. If that makes you not want to shop in our store, that’s fine. We like raising money for charity.
Wayyyyy too busy with other things throughout the year to do a loyalty program. We have tons of regulars that spend tons of money who show up for the raffle...it’s a good time in general

It's a family run grocery store with 2 locations. Most places like this don't have rewards programs. They have a pretty loyal customer base in BR though and have for decades.
