Both. And being a bit of a dotard, he is completely confused about where he is.

Donald J. Trump
?
@realDonaldTrump
Today I opened a major Apple Manufacturing plant in Texas that will bring high paying jobs back to America

The president played up a six-year-old factory as evidence of his three-year-old presidency’s success in bringing manufacturing jobs back to the United States.

Apple has broken ground on a nearby, previously announced campus in Austin. Those offices are expected to open in 2022 Not projected to be manufacturing jobs.
He lies and misleads as per usual.

again, was he lying or just mistaken or delusional?

I worked at a big mfg company in Dallas a while back. A new facility was built, but never employed one person for another 3 years. The then CEO claimed more jobs were coming, but he left before it happened.

The new CEO comes in employs a handful of people to get machines working right, then brings in a few more, then a couple of years later its fully staffed and he claims how many jobs he created.

Which one is right?

Abra kadabra, you bleeding vagina.

I'm sorry your hero was wrong and our economy is taking off.

I know it kills you to know producers are seeing their retirement savings increase under Trump.

I also know it kills you that more minorities are being employed under Trump as well.

Those things I listed above KILL your brand.
