Yeah what’s your thoughts on managing their minutes if it becomes apparent that they’re truly title contenders?

I definitely wouldn’t want them to go all out for the 1 seed. But it wouldn’t bother me if they, say, tried to position themselves so that maybe the Clippers had to go to Houston instead of us. Not sure how realistic that is, though.

we are going to have to find ways to rest lebron and make sure AD is healthy once we get into february. i think we are really going to try to jump out to a 17-2 start by the time the mav game happens, hope we have a 3ish game lead on everyone, and then we will start load managing hoping we stay no less than top three, if not top 2, in the west

I think it takes precedence over seed. You can see in LeBron's last year in Cle that homecourt isn't something he needs.

The Lakers won't be winning without LeBron and AD doing their thing, so smart load management matters more.
