Yes, you are correct. Before 2004 no fan would post about being afraid of the possibility that Alabama would be allowed into the College Football Playoffs after losing to us. Thats correct. No one was worried about that prior to 2004.

This is a great season. LSU is clearly heading in the right direction. We will likely have a Heisman winning QB. Orgeron is doing everything he said he would do. Recruiting is on an absolute tear, with no end in sight.
Learn how to handle the success, because it is probably here to stay. It won't always be pretty. We will not win every single game, every single year, but a solid run is coming. Get used to it.

True, very true, but I'm confident those issues will be addressed by Coach Aranda and I hope we can get stronger on defense going forward.
If we want to compete for a NC we "have" to shore up our defense.

We have seem this defense play very well at time so we know it can. The big play is the issue. We seem to give up a few every game, usually late.
