For eons the defense kept the offense in the game


And now the defense does enough to give the offense opportunities to build huge leads and you guys want to fire the DC amongst other idiotic takes

I remember LSU held Alabama to ten points and the offense was so putrid it felt like it was 40-0

The defense this year has done nothing even remotely close to that bad even by your standards

Umm, the offense at times last year was ranked 90+ so yea, it was bad.

Regardless, neither unit at LSU should ever be ranked above the 30s.

I agree that Aranda is not above criticism, but you can’t just fire a guy with a great track record for one bad season. Especially when we’re undefeated and have big time defensive recruits coming in.

Not true. We were generally overly reliant on great running backs. We sucked at pretty much everything else. The D hasn't reached that level yet.
