Don’t see a 50 cal there. Probably .300 win mag or similar but the answer is yes If there was a verified threat. That dude could properly hit a tennis ball anywhere in that stadium.

When I went to the College World Series in 2017 they had guys walking around on top of the concession stand area with rifles in hand the entire game.
