Lol yeah in this case the transcript is NOT good for the prosecution thus the efforts to utilize hearsay, the subject of the hearsay being icky feels about what they think Trump's intent REALLY was.
I can't believe I even type that out. It's like a first day criminal procedure hypothet that cartoonishly demonstrates what you cannot get into trial.
