Can't you enjoy the win without bashing Miles?

No, no they cannot.

Orgeron is on a promising trend, and this season has been excellent, but we're already acting like he's won the NC and continously shite on a guy that actually coached in two and won one.

Our line of scrimmage talent level had dropped substantially. And we could not recruit a QB. We had more’ kickers and punters than inside LBs on scholarship.

IMO because of Burrow and Brady the rebuild is ahead of schedule.

Bama had five sacks and gashed our defense in the second half on the ground. Our line of scrimmage talent is still behind Bama.

Skill players QB and scheme are at the top

This is the lowest talent level LSU will have for the next four years.

Lots of work left to,do.

The only team we lost to because of talent was Bama.

I hate to defend Miles. And Ed has done an incredible job.

But......
As great as this season has been so far, Ed has yet to

Win a national championship
Play for a second national championship
Win the SECW
Win the SECW again
Win the SECW a third time
Win the SEC
Win the SEC a second time
Have an undefeated regular season

Ed is doing a great job and beating Bama is huge. But Miles also did that more than once.

This is not a dig at Orgeron. But we seem to forget that Miles was the coach during an unprecedented run of success at LSU.

Miles never really lost it. He just decided to drive the Ferrari like a paw paw.

If he wins it this year he will win it with Miles players, won't count just like Miles in 07'.

if miles had a QB like burrow We'd be in pretty damn good shape. Maybe not beat bama at home good shape but we'd be winning some games.

That's just it. In no way did Miles leave a championship roster. But, for anyone to say he left any kind of rebuild is ridiculous.

Saban was here during a weak run of SEC teams, and lost at least 3 games every year but once. Yes he brought a title home and deserves credit.

Miles maintained and improved what had been started (in a now-thriving conference) but failed to keep up the pace after a few years. In large part, bc Saban had become the greatest cfb alive and they shared a division. Still, Miles won a title and 2 sec titles. Nobody beat Saban more than he did. He deserves credit too.

Orgeron has brought the necessary changes and has the team absolutely rolling. I hope he's here 10 more years and surpasses Miles in winning % and more titles.
