Me and the GF make two of those. I moved back to SWLA but I actually miss Cali. She hates it here because she's not from here and I thought I wanted to be back here but after a year back I realize that's not the case so we're moving somewhere after the first of the year and back to L.A. is on the shortlist. I will only move back if we move back to the beach. I will not live in SoCal unless it's on the beach but that comes with a hefty price. I can see why people want to get out but honestly, if you are in the right area and can afford it then it's a great part of the country to live in. Plenty to do and the weather can not be beaten.

A lot of the 'oh my gerd, the Californians are invading' people fail to realize that a large chunk of those people are like you. They're just moving back where they came from.

Both sets of my grandparents count in that number. They're conservatives that moved to Cali in the 60's and are just moving back to where they're from (TX and UT).

I like LA but couldn’t live there, but I would move to San Fran in a heartbeat if I could afford it.

Make sure you stock up on your fire resistant clothes before you move. Bye.
