Got in a club near Meadville Mississippi. Was wondering if there were any good processors in the area or on the way back home to N.O. TIA for any replies.

I live about 10 minutes from Meadville. Before I started processing my own we always used Vines. They used to do just smoked sausage and patty. They’ve since added pineapple , jalapeño/cheese etc. The regular or spicy smoked are still very good.
