Definitely worth $350

Even if you're a die-hard DIY type this wouldn't be a bad base PC to start with and upgrade into your own real DIY rig over time (although you would probably lose activation on the license at some point)

Biggest problem is that the OP found the needle in the haystack.

I almost guarantee no one else will find one of these at their local walmarts

Windows 10 is a funny thing with that; 7 and prior versions used to be pretty uptight about upgrades. 10 seems a LOT looser.

I set up a desktop for my son, was a Celeron running 7. We did the free upgrade to 10, and swapped out the CPU to an i7, doubled the ram, swapped the HD, and then SWAPPED THE MOTHERBOARD. Stayed the same generation to keep the cpu, and put in, I want to say it was something comparable to this one.
Windows never protested, let us basically migrate from a total budget system to something he enjoys gaming on.
7 never let me change mb's.
