Yep sure have, got caught going more than that too.

Guess what I didnt't cry on a message board and try to make excuses. I paid my ticket and accepted my consequences and went on my way

yep. Got the speeding ticket to prove it.

I paid the ticket. I didn't whine about preferential treatment or expect to not be held accountable.

These men (and they are MEN, not kids) are free to make their own choices. But they have to live with the consequences.

of course I have.

But if I knew my employer would randomly test my speed and could suspend or fire me if I went over the limit, I wouldn't go over the limit.

Of course we have...and we’ve suffered the consequences of that choice. The same as Divinity. Only his consequences may cost him a lot more in the long run...which makes his situation much worse.
Making a pro team is the only way 95% of these athletes will earn a nice living. Screwing that up because they can’t stop smoking weed is ridiculous.
