Their readers don't even know what a hammer looks like. Article is written for dumbasses to believe it

Well, I notice that neither the video, which is basically a 5 minute "Orange Man Lied" commercial nor the photographs show these alleged easily compromised sections of the wall.
I'd hate to be a "pics or it didn't happen" guy, but since this is apparently so easy and common, you'd think they'd be able to provide them.

Who makes these sawzalls? According to CNN it's time to invest.

I don't know, but I do have to say that when I worked in oilfield supply, I had to remove tires from wheels with one, and I was able to cut through the wheel hubs pretty effectively. I wasn't using a cordless, but if they have the same motors, it's really just a matter of having enough batteries.

The problem is that the "new" bollards fence isn't really a new design at all. It was already picked as possible replacement fencing under Obama.
It was Trump's first mistake to abandon the idea of a newly designed wall.

Trump was right about the alligators

Sure. Why not? We spend several trillions all over the place. fricking Warren's health plan would cost FAR more than my proposed military district solution.
This is actually an expense that makes sense.

That shite ain’t cutting through with any quickness. I’m sure the DNCNN is exploring how to run power and install outlets along the wall.

I thought the narrative was that there was no new wall being built

I’m assuming this was after the democrats made the border patrol remove the razor wire preventing anyone from actually touching the wall?

Doesn't surprise me that some hardcore drug smugglers would take the time and effort to figure out a way to breach the wall......at least they have to take some time and effort which affords border patrol agents some time to catch them. I can assure any anti Trumpers who are against securing the border that the people trying to cross the border would like it the way it was pre Trump.

Simple solution is to put proximity mines up along the border. The entirety of it outside of the entry and exit gates.
See how willing they are to risk it then.

Military district is more humane than landmines and more effective.
And for the "muh cost" crowd:
The cost would be only a fraction of the cost that we have sunk into pointless blood in the middle east, for example.

SAN DIEGO —Smuggling gangs in Mexico have repeatedly sawed through new sections of President Trump’s border wall in recent months by using commercially available power tools, opening gaps large enough for people and drug loads to pass through, according to U.S. agents and officials with knowledge of the damage. The breaches have been made using a popular cordless household tool known as a reciprocating saw that retails at hardware stores for as little as $100. When fitted with specialized blades, the saws can slice through one of the barrier’s steel-and-concrete bollards in minutes, according to the agents, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about the barrier-defeating techniques. From the size of the bollards that would be a bigger sawzall than I have ever seen.
