It's funny how everyone thinks college football is transative. Troy beat LSU a few years ago yet LSU beat top 10 Auburn. Therefore Troy would have beaten Auburn.

You just realizing that. LOL Dude is overpaid BIGTIME, but LSU does this shite, they did it when Miles wanted to leave to go to Michigan, overreact instead of letting them go and finding a replacement, I mean just because they happen to have a lil hotstreak going at the time that they are fixing to leave is no reason to overreact. LOL But I never did like the type of defenses that a Aranda or the people before him(Chavis annd Pelini) ran. Saban who had Musberger as DC when he was there ran the same D he runs now at Bama which is to let those great athletes that they recruit play and come and get you, attacking style defenses, I miss those days. LOL

- When Aranda was given the raise he was the number 1 DC in college football statistically
-Michigan wasn’t after Miles
- Saban ran a 4-3 at LSU he’s run the 3-4 (just like Aranda) ever since arriving at Bama
- Our DC under Saban was Muschamp not Musberger

My only complaint with Arandas defense is allowing UF to convertical 3rd and 10+ consistently.
To another degree poor tackling.
But it seems in the 2nd half of the UF and AU games things got better.
I do feel that LSU can't play the soft zone and let Bama convert long 3rd downs.
I feel fairly good going up against Bama. If there is a time that LSU beats Bama this is the best chance in 8 years. We can put up plenty of points on Bama.
Some of you guys need to back away from the ledge. We are ranked #1 ahead of Bama. Why would we be doomed.

The OP is poking fun at trolls like radicalizedtiger and others that constantly blame Aranda even when the offense was among the nations worst. There’s a segment who’ve just never liked him.
