Millennials don't have a work ethic , it's all about latte's , video games , facebook , cell phones etc.
How often do you not see a millennial with their face buried in a cell phone ?
I catch them at work constantly in the office or on floor. They are only supposed to use/view their phone in a break room or the company cafeteria.

We have a lack of training young blood because we rely on people way past retirement age with their amazing retirement plans or fill gaps with retired contractors instead of investing in new talent. Millennials are getting a lot of shite in this thread for this not being a Millennial thing. They are also getting called Boomer with this trend. It’s coming from Gen Z, millennial is Gen Y. There are aot of 30 year olds that have been classified as millennials and far from it. We grew up listening to good music. We were on Facebook when it was cool because you had to have a college email address to join. We want you to STF up and realize that y'all should be bitching about gen Z but y'all fackers like to make broad sweeping categorical shite lump everyone in it over a 20 year period and act like everyone in that timespan is a liberal still sucking on Mom's teat. Well if they do frick someone in their age group they almost surely will get an STD. Which is one of two things that personify them. Generation age ranges aren’t perfect, get over it. The name came about because people growing up right before the millennium, not because they are all the same. 80 to 95 is around the acceptable range. Bottom end of millennials is hitting mid 20s. Gen Z are the new young frickers.
