It’s been a difficult decade to be an LSU TIGER fan. However, it truly feels like the tables are turning and LSU could be going on a run!
Difficult decade? Wtf are you new to the program? Difficult? The late 80s early 90s say hello.

No I was at LSU from ‘93-‘97. I know what 2-9 looks like. That was not competitive football. Being housed by Florida 58-3 is not really worth mentioning as difficult. It was a joke.
However, 2001-2011 was the golden decade for LSU. It seems like LSU is primed for a run like soon.
That’s all I’m saying.

I still lived around Baton Rouge during this time and went to a lot of really bad games. Our current fans are spoiled fcking rotten.

Was it the SEC Championship in 86 or 88 that you found so difficult?

eh, LSU was preseason #4 going into the ‘89 season, the first of 6 consecutive losing seasons, of course. The ‘80s were 90% good.
