Watching some of their performances on YouTube and their shows look fun as hell. David Byrne is a character. Two videos below from the 1983 show in Los Angeles.

Saw David Byrne last year at Shaky Knees and he played mostly Talking Heads and was awesome. Their two live albums are great too.

My dad saw them at the Warehouse in NOLA in the early 80’s. Said it was a good show and the crowd was lively that night. I believe that was the last show ever there, as well.

Saw Byrne at Jazz fest two years ago. Was a great set. He came out wearing a suit with no shoes on and holding a human brain and singing a song about it.
Had a 14 piece band and none of their output was amplified. Tons of Talking Heads tunes and I really enjoyed it.

Yes , twice, days apart, Springfield Civic Center (MA) and the New Haven Coliseum. Excellent in concert...very very good. Same setlist basically, but still...
