Getting Into Student Section

Was wondering how strict the event staff are at looking at student IDs to get into football games? I got into the Bama game last year using a girls ID without any problems. I’m just curious if they have any new policies and are stricter for this season about looking at students IDs to make sure that is the right person using the ID. I’m wanting to use another students ID to get into the Florida game. I’m not a student at LSU

Are you trying to use a student ticket?
Because if not you can get into the student section easily from anywhere in the lower bowl.

As long as you don't wear the other teams clothing and don't look 40+ you'll be able to get in of you have a lower bowl ticket. Easier if the lower bowl ticket is in the North endzone.

I know but right now students are selling their tickets for cheaper than a ticket in the West nosebleed

This year all tickets are on apple pay and you scan your phone at the gate to get in. The only identification is on the ticket name no picture and the people working at the gate usually dont double verify via student ID.

You can get into the student section from anywhere but the East Upper. If your tickets put you in an East Upper gate, you can’t get to it
If you have a ticket anywhere else, you’re fine. Just go to the western concourse and walk north until you find yourself towards the curve from west to north (10 on a clock)
You’ll see some tunnels that the cheerleaders and band members usually take

I did it for the 2011 Arkansas game. Literally just walked in the regular gates on the West side. Theres a ramp at the Northwest corner of the field that the students funnel into from their gate. It's as easy as that.

Used to be able to buy student tickets and take it to the ticket office and pay 35 bucks and upgrade it to a normal ticket. I remember doing that for 2 years straight back in 06-07. Don't know if it's like that anymore, but as long as you had that upgraded ticket from the ticket office you didn't have to have a student ID. Those were the days...

yeah, but I believe there's a limit on how many they can/will upgrade per game. Big games usually hit their limit in advance I think.
