So I’m stupid for wanting the most talented corner on the team to guard their best player in the part of the field where their qb is the most comfortable
Stingley isn't the better corner back. There is a reason why Fulton is an All American and 1st round draft pick!

Every big play Swain made, an Auburn LB was covering him. That’s called a mismatch.

While Stingley has certainly backed up the reputation of him coming in as a great corner, it has already been shown and talked about by many on BR radio that while Stingley is already elite at covering the outside, especially on go routes and other routes deep down the field, he still struggles some with short slants and crossing routes over the middle of the field due to his inexperience on the college level. Ryan Clark has even talked about this and knows Stingley's game better than just about anyone. Go and look at the passes completed against him this season. Nearly every one of them are on some sort of slant or cross, where he gives up a lot of room/cushion to the receiver.
So, no, it would not be a good idea at this point in his career to try and move Stingley to cover the slot.

and we should put Trindon Holliday at the DE position

No.
Say Derek, this is Freddie. Live in his hip pocket for the next 3 hours and we’ll play 10 man D with the rest.

Pff has stingley graded as the number 1 cb in the nation and he has more PBU’s and picks then Fulton. I like Fulton but stats don’t lie idk why ppl in this sub get so sensitive about stingley praise and act like it’s a slight to Fulton. We know Fulton is good stingley doing rare things as a freshmen

That’s fair the intermediate and short routes he can use some work but most of those catches like u mentioned was when he gave a cushion and receivers were playing pitch and catch. In HS he was an elite off corner Ik it’s HS but off coverage coming out of HS was considered a strength for him

I assumed delpit would guard Pitts majority of the Time on Pitts but if he does go outside stingley will prob guard him a couple of times

Stingley is not a slot guy. For that you're looking for quickness. Fulton and Tre White are perfect guys for that, as was Tyrann. I'm sure Stingley would do fine , because he's a superior player, but you'd be taking him away from the thing he does best, which is bully receivers with the sideline as an ally. And remember, however well Stingley does at nickle, someone has to take his place on the outside. That's someone who probably won't be able to stop those back shoulder throws.
I think we should put Vincent at nickle and just live with the matchup problems. Or maybe keep swapping up.

If Aranda wants to run a zone I say put Stingley on Swain, no matter where he lines up, and let the rest of the D run their zone assignments around them.
Then blitz him every now and then (letting the zone absorb Swain). I really really want to see how much HB7 is in Stingley.

you do realize that a corner that covers well doesnt have many pub attempts and int attempts, right?

Yet they keep throwing his way which is fine with me.

Negative I want Delpit as the last line of defense at safety where he plays best and in run support. He can’t do either guarding someone man to man. Stephens also can’t play deep.
