Zion is a huge, nationwide brand who’s assimilating to south LA. He’s followed by every recruit we could possibly want in multiple sports and, like it or not, he’s influencing them. You want him repping LSU if you’re smarter than a tic tac.

Don't you think him affilicating with the "South of I-10" fanbase will negatively effect publicity of the College Basketball Recruiting Scandal down here? We already have a teetering reputation. Do we really want this piece of trash who's dad took money from Dickie Vee associates associating with us and Will Wade. Would be a bad message to send.

I don't want Zion for the LSU angle. I want it more so LSU fans will support the Pelicans.
Me the Pelican fan wants Zion to be the picker.
Me the LSU fan thinks it's a stupid choice to go with Zion. I also don't want Lolo Jones at all, or some rapper we can't understand.
It should be someone that is passionate about LSU, and a knowledgeable sports person, whether that's an alum or not, i don't care.
